Welcome to our new site. Our desire is to make planning your
new home an enjoyable and economical experience. We have
made many changes to our site and product line to help you.
We know you want to build an affordable home. Now you can
start that process with an affordable Concept House Plan from
goodlifehomedesign.com! Choose from our many different floor
plan layouts. We offer concept plans from 1 bedroom to four, and
one story to two stories. All plans come with foundation options of
slab, crawlspace, or basement. Once you settle on a floor plan that
suits your needs, choose from a variety of exterior options and
styles that were drawn specifically for each floor plan to create the
look that you want. No more having to mix and match layouts and
exteriors from different floor plans or design sources. We have
multiple options for you to choose from with each concept plan we
offer! Need your plan reversed? We offer True Plan Reversal for no
extra charge.
No need to worry if its still not exactly what you are looking for,
or if you need more detail for your builder or building department
(some locations will require all plans to be redrawn by a local
Design Professional, such as an architect, or plans may need to
include engineering). All our plans come with an alteration license,
the CAD file of your house plan (with a license for one time use),
and a PDF file of your plan. Our CAD files come in .dwg 14 and
2000 format (for AutoCAD), and .spf v.13 format (for Softplan).
Our plans will come to you quickly. We will e-mail you an
electronic file within one business day. This allows you to print only
the number of sets you need, and at your own local print shop! It's
all part of our philosophy of keeping the price of our plans (and the
cost of your house) as low as possible.
